Teams of 3: 3 "Upper" athletes (men) or 3 "Lower" athletes (women)

RX and Scaled options available for each division - each team must all compete at the same level. 

You can sign up your full team below, or you can all pay separately (use the individual sign up option below). Once you register, you will be directed to a page where you can identify your team and pick your shirt size. If you do not have a full team of 3, but would like to participate - then email: info@crossfitsantabarbara.com and we will do our best to get you onto a team!

**A note on our "Upper" and "Lower" athlete language. We have chosen to utilize more inclusive language, rather than the traditional "men" and "women" to denote the make-up of the team. Traditionally, "Upper RX" are the male weights and standards written for a workout, where the "Lower RX" indicates the women's weights and standards. So - if you typically follow the larger weights / box heights / distances then you are an "Upper" RX or scaled athlete. And if you typically follow the smaller denoted weights / heights / distances, then you are a "Lower" RX or scaled athlete.

We are using this language to be more supportive and inclusive - so please do not sandbag just for the sake of having a leg up in competition. That is NOT what this is intended for, and we reserve the right to disqualify any team from the podium if we feel that these standards have been abused. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!
