Saturday Community Class
Interested in learning more about CFSB? Try us out for free by coming to our weekly Saturday Community Class at 10am. Here, you’ll get a taste of what we’re all about in a fast-paced workout that is designed for all abilities and fitness levels. All you need is a good pair of shoes, athletic clothes, and an open mind. We’ll take care of the rest! Arrive a few minutes early to meet your coach, tour our facility, and get stretched out. All are welcome to our Community Class, so don’t be shy!
Fundamental Movements Course
CrossFit involves many complex movements that require proper technique in order to avoid injury and to generate the intended stimuli. For inexperienced CrossFitters who are interested in joining CrossFit classes, we require participation in a 4-session Individual Fundamental Movements Course. These courses will provide a foundation for all movements performed in the regular group classes in an environment conducive to learning. We will work around your schedule for the Fundamental Movements course, so come on by today!
